Meet FRED ERB, Associate Broker, REALTOR®
Fred is a long-time resident of Centre County, former professor and Penn State alumnus, who taught Business Ethics and other liberal arts courses at Penn State and several other colleges and universities in Pennsylvania and New York, before becoming a full-time real estate professional.
Fred has earned his leadership role in the State College area real estate community. Fred began his real estate career as a buyer specialist and now serves buyers and sellers in general real estate, with emphasis on residential, luxury and new home sales, commercial and business, investment and Bank-owned (REO) properties, short sales and foreclosures, acreage and farm land, vacation and recreational homes, and more.
Fred believes the search for a home conveys each person's unique creativity. He envisions the home as the human habitat which binds together nature, culture, and imagination.
Fred is happily married with three teenage children. He enjoys world and PA history and historical sites. Fred and his family are active in community service and equestrian activities.
